High School Team Camps
Important: When registering as a school team, Head Coach must complete this form and email it to lfreeman@sports.uga.edu. Once approved by Camp Director via email, you may instruct your players to register online below. Please read team cancellation policy below before submitting form. Thank you!
Team Camp #1 Dates: July 17-19 FULL Team Camp #2 Dates: July 20-22 FULL Team Camp #3 Dates: July 24-26 FULL For team camps that are full: Please submit the form above to register your team for the waitlist. Ages: Girls Only - Must Register Through High School Head Coach or Camp Director to Ensure Availability Price: $395 per player (Resident), $315 (Commuter) *No fee for one coach per school team, $130 (Resident) or $85 (Commuter) for each additional assistant coach Schedule: TBD *Tentative and subject to change A full schedule will be emailed out prior to camp. Meals Provided: Day 1: Lunch, Dinner Day 2: Breakfast (Residents Only), Lunch, Dinner Day 3: Breakfast (Residents Only) *Tentative and subject to change Campus Dorm: TBD, Linens are NOT Provided, so please bring your own. You will be charged $45 at the end of camp for a lost room key and $10 for a lost access card. What to Bring: Arrive Dressed to Play Volleyball, Athletic/Volleyball Shoes, Knee Pads, Water Bottle, Medications, Fitness Towel, Spending Money for Camp Store and Vending Machines Residents: Change of Clothes for Each Day, Sheets/Blankets for Twin Long Bed, Pillow, Bath Towel, Hand Towel, Alarm Clock, Shower Items, Toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Deodorant, Other Toiletries as Needed, Sleepwear *All Campers Will Receive a Free Camp T-Shirt! Refund Policy: Team Cancellation: High school coaches are responsible for having at least 8 athletes registered by June 5 in order to hold their school’s spot in team camp. If this requirement is not met, the spot will go to the next school on the waitlist. Any questions or concerns regarding this policy should be sent to lfreeman@sports.uga.edu. Individual Residential Camper Cancellation: Cancellation requests received prior to June 16 are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $40 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received June 16 - June 27 are eligible to receive a full refund minus an $90 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received June 28 - July 13 are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $130 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received July 14 or later will not receive a refund. If camper's spot in team camp can be replaced by another player, cancellation fee may be modified. Send individual cancellation requests to high school head coach and lfreeman@sports.uga.edu. Individual Commuter Camper Cancellation: Cancellation requests received prior to June 16 are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $40 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received June 16 - July 13 are eligible to receive a full refund minus a $90 administrative fee. Cancellation requests received July 14 or later will not receive a refund. Medical Cancellation: Any refund related to an injury/medical cancellation before or during camp is subject to the discretion of the camp director. A valid doctor's note is required. IMPORTANT: After completing online registration, please upload a copy of your Camp Physical at least one week prior to start date. This is required for participation in camp.
